Over his career, he has designed adaptive testing engines, developed item pool optimization software, and created enterprise tools such as web-based measurement portals to unify data management, automate test assembly, and support operational psychometrics. He has also conducted hundreds of large-scale equatings, ensuring fair and reliable outcomes for millions of students each year.
